These terms govern your use of the MetaCoach website, assessments, reports, contact forms, and account features.
1. Use of Service
You may use MetaCoach for lawful personal and professional self-reflection purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorized access, or submit unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.
2. Accounts
Some features require sign-in. You are responsible for the activity associated with your account and for using an email account that you are authorized to access. We may restrict access if we reasonably believe the service is being misused.
3. Nature of assessments
Assessments, results, PDFs, and coaching content are for informational and educational use only. They are not medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, financial, or emergency advice, and they do not replace qualified professional support.
4. Privacy and data protection
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your privacy rights under GDPR or other applicable data protection law.
5. Intellectual property
The site design, text, assessment structure, reports, and other content are owned by MetaCoach or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use your own assessment results for personal use, but you may not copy, resell, or republish the service content without permission.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use automated scraping, reverse engineering, vulnerability probing, spam, or attempts to bypass authentication, rate limits, consent choices, or access controls.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, MetaCoach is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for decisions made based on assessment results or coaching content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Changes to the service or terms
We may update the site, features, assessments, or these terms. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to indicate that the terms have changed.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Mandatory consumer protection and data protection rights in your country remain unaffected.
